POACHED EGGS

Ingredients

Craft Farmers’ eggs
Rock salt
Fresh cracked pepper
White vinegar
Kato Hollandaise Sauce Classic (light version also available)
Bakery Buffet Rolls Plain Par Baked

Method

1. Put a teaspoon of vinegar into a pot of water just off the boil.
2. Carefully crack the eggs into the water and leave to cook for around 3 minutes.
3. Leave in the water longer or shorter depending on how you like your eggs.
4. Steam the buns and put the cooked egg in the center with the hollandaise sauce over the top.
5. Add a bit of salt and pepper.
